Refund policy
Returns
We do not give cash refunds. Only store credit is available.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
Inventory levels are displayed with every item. We are not able to offer a refund for items that are backordered. If you wish, a gift card will be issued for a future purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as wax, fragrance oils, or dyes cannot be returned for any reason.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If you are approved, then gift card will be issued to you for a future purchase. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a credit memo yet, please contact customer service at support@eapinnovations.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@eapinnovations.com and send your item to: EAP Innovations, 402 E Main ST Ste 100, Mount Pleasant PA 15666-1798, United States.
Damage Claims
Upon arrival and before signing the delivery receipt, inspect shipment to ensure it is intact. Note specific damage or shortage (compared to packing list) on the delivery receipt. Forward copy of delivery receipt to EAP Innovations along with any requested replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery.
When signing the delivery receipt, you will be confirming that the shipment arrived in good condition with correct quantities OR indicating that damage occurred and/or items were missing. ANY problem not recorded on the delivery receipt releases the carrier and shipper from liability concerning damage or shortages.
Use caution when unloading cartons of jars from a pallet to prevent jars from spilling and/or breaking. The top flaps of cartons of jars are often unsealed and may be facing down or to the side. Carton orientation may vary throughout the shipment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
